We own two dogs. During the summer when there are daily thunderstorms, one dog peacefully snoozes the day away while the other shivers & shakes and pants & paces.
Same storms … different reactions!
All people, everywhere, will encounter “storms”. Troubles come to those who love Jesus and those who oppose Him. But trusting in Christ Jesus and applying His Word to our lives is like building our “houses” or lives on a firm foundation. It is the key to surviving those storms in tact. I want to be like our chill dog, peacefully trusting my Shelter as I wait for the storm to pass.
